Digital Items

All digital knitting patterns and files are delivered electronically only.
No physical items will be shipped for digital purchases. After checkout, your files will be available for download immediately (or delivered via email, depending on your platform). Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.

Physical Items

For any physical products offered in the shop (such as knitting tools or handmade items), the following standard shipping terms apply:

Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise stated in the product description.
Shipping Method: All orders are shipped via standard mail through USPS (or your chosen carrier). Tracking numbers will be provided when available.
Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Delivery Time: Standard domestic orders usually arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping. International shipping times vary and may take 2–6 weeks, depending on customs and local postal services.
Customs & Duties (International Orders): Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties that may apply.
Lost or Delayed Packages: Once your order has been shipped, transit delays are outside our control. However, if your order appears lost, please reach out and we will assist however possible.
