Digital Pattern Sales
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all knitting pattern purchases are final sale. Once a pattern has been delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Incorrect Pattern Type Purchased
If you accidentally purchase the wrong type of pattern (for example, you bought a machine knitting pattern but meant to purchase the hand-knit version, or vice versa), please contact us within 30 days of purchase.
In these cases, we are happy to provide the corresponding pattern type you intended to buy.
Please note that we reserve the right to deny this request at any time, especially in cases of repeated misuse or suspected abuse.
